Purpose Statement

Chaplains on the Move Outreach Ministry Inc. is a fast growing, innovative ministry in the five borough and aboard especially in communities devastated by addiction, crime, and poverty. Chaplains on the Move Outreach Ministry will serve as a beacon of hope to the lost and a revival center to the believer.

Our purpose is to be where God's Love and Grace is understood and extended toward every person. Leader where people are free to speak and share their concerns. Our purpose and mandate is to unite like-minded people as one voice to serve communities.

Chaplains on the Move Outreach Ministry shall be organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and religious purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any superseding section to, at its discretion:

Our Chaplains will be reaching out to Fire departments, Police Department, Fema and other agencies helping families dueling disasters and giving comfort and hope in hard times.

To reach men and women with the gospel through sermons through bible class, seminars, conferences, training programs, and any other means deemed necessary to accomplish said goals. Also having a food pantry, soul kitchen and clothes giveaway.

To erect and/or maintain sanctuaries, also having a food pantry, soul kitchen and clothes giveaway, centers, shelters, homes, offices, etc. needed to carry out the purposes mentioned. To establish, maintain, promote, and aid the building of Christian churches,

To establish a community and worldwide outreach without regard to race, creed, color or economic standing to those who are so engulfed with spiritual deadness that they cannot or do not seek help on their own. To instill the feeling of good fellowship and good citizenship and to disseminate the moral and spiritual advantages of divine worship. To provide spiritual counseling including, but not limited to, family life, child rearing, budget counseling, etc. To provide spiritual and economic relief to the poor, distressed and/or underprivileged. To establish foreign missions.

To ordain, license and/or appoint ministers, deacons, deaconess, missionaries, elders, overseers, etc. To hire clergy, administrative, maintenance and security staff, etc., to carry out the purpose of said corporation.

To perform and enforce the ordinances of Jesus Christ, as practiced by the Holy Apostles of the early church such as, but not limited to, marriage ceremonies, christenings, funerals, baptisms, administering of the Lords Supper, washing of the saint's feet, dedications, etc.  

To erect and/or maintain sanctuaries, kitchens, centers, shelters, homes, offices, etc. needed to carry out the purposes mentioned. To establish, maintain, promote and aid the building of Christian churches, meeting houses, parsonages, missions, all kinds of schools (i.e. Sunday Schools, Bible Schools) and other institutions for worship or instruction in religious and kindred subjects for the promotion of Christian culture.  

To affect a greater spiritual unity among Christians. To foster the spread of religious teachings. To support and encourage other Christian ministries, associations foundations, organizations, etc. In general, to extend the Gospel and means of Christian education. To do and promote charitable work for the advancement of the general welfare of the Christian church, its members in the United States and elsewhere throughout the world. To continue the up building of Christian churches and take under its jurisdiction the supervision of other churches, missions, and societies and carry on its work.

To combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency by promoting self-help, thereby encouraging employment.  

To defend human and civil rights secured by law. To help eliminate prejudice and discrimination in as much as it adheres to biblical teachings. To ensure that this organization shall have all the rights and privileges and be bound by the obligations set forth in its Certificate of Incorporation. To exercise all powers now or hereafter authorized by the Religious Corporation Law.
